The pristine Blue Flag acclaimed Grotto beach is one of the largest beaches, situated in Voëlklip and stretching for miles along the coast, making it ideal for families or long walks on the beach. Grotto is ideal for beach games and offers a play area, a jungle gym, safe swimming at low tide, sunbathing, ample parking, braai facilities, well maintained ablution facilities as well as a beach bistro for light meals, snacks and drinks. Lifeguards are on duty during peak season.
