They didn't complete my washing and ironing when promised. I had to collect a day later. When I checked what I had got back, there was a sheet missing, a nice brand new percale queen size flat sheet. I called to notify them and ask them to look for it. Although they promised to call me back they didn't, 2 days later I had to call, the lady was SO rude, she said she had phoned me back, twice, not true I had NO missed calls from them. She refused to apologize and said I they had returned everything to me, they had not.
